The annual production capacity expansion project of 35,000 tons of aviation PMMA transparent materials by HUASHUAITE is a technological transformation project in the C3741 aircraft manufacturing industry, with a total investment of 180 million yuan. The project is located at Yongqing East Road, Shendang Town, Haiyan County, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, covering an area of 20,574 square meters (approximately 30.89 Mu). It will build new aviation sheet production workshops, polymerization buildings, tank areas, etc., with a total construction area of 23,000 square meters. The project will add two production lines of aviation PMMA transparent materials, forming an annual production capacity of 35,000 tons of aviation PMMA transparent materials.
Aviation PMMA transparent material is the core material for manufacturing key components such as cockpit cover, windshield and porthole, and its performance directly affects the safety and reliability of aircraft. For a long time, China's high-end aviation PMMA materials rely on imports, facing supply chain risks.
